I had hit my quota of the month for shopping, I stopped browsing for clothes! And yes, it's only the 6th day of the month...so I stopped shopping for the month, but it doesn't mean I can't shop!
I was on a mission to helping Alan shop for he-doesn't-know-exactly-what-he-wants-to-shop-for.
It was a very spontaneous, very random shopping trip. For someone who had always think shopping by walking around randomly and going in shop after shop is a waste of time...he did that! Cheers. He's done something different!
When he asked me up for help, I totally adore the idea so I changed and had lunch and... *priiinnggg* ... I've reached 1Utama!
We walked around, entering random shops. He seems to have an affinity for working clothes. Especially high affinity to those plain-colored ones...
Went from one shop to another: Browsed. Tried. Empty handed.
So I asked him what colour does he have, or not have... and he replied "All my clothes are plain, mostly light colours". That explains his natural attraction to those. Since he only owns PLAIN colored shirts, I suggested we go for stripes! I made him try on clothes that he would never bother looking at; every now and then, I have to stop him from looking at plain-colored shirts. I tell you...that was the toughest. Getting him to go for stripes wasn't easy too, he asked "are there any striped shirts with more subtle stripes?"
So after trying on a lot (which was only less than 10 pieces, but hey, it's already very good for beginners!), he came out from the fitting room and said "I like this..."
Puts a big smile on my face. I like that too! Bingo!
Mission accomplished.
He said that was the first time he bought something out of walking randomly like that, and that was he first time he bought a shirt so expensive.
