Emily woke me up Monday morning and said let's go for pancakes. But by the time we were finally ready to go out, it was about 9.45am, so we postponed it. Since Monday, I've always woke up to pancake thoughts. Finally, today came and I woke up early. The sun shone on my face (such a beautiful morning!). So I popped into her room and asked if she would like to pancakes today for breakfast. She said 'yes', sleepily.

15 minutes later, she was still in front of her laptop, in her PJs. I reminded her of the pancakes and she was surprised, she didn't know about it. Anyway, she was ready in a jiffy, and I invited Mom to join us too!

So we drove over to Paddington Pancakes @ Hartamas Shopping Centre for their 8-10am breakfast promotion.

We ordered the RM2.50++ set; 2 pieces of pancakes with a variety of topping choice, and black/white tea. They also have sets at RM5.50++ each, serving more than just plain pancakes. But I love plain ol' pancakes with maple syrup. Mom went for honey.


I love it! Although it took quite a while for the maple syrup and honey to arrive. But it gave us enough time for Mommy to arrive from home, busy getting my two kittens back home from their morning walk.
